It’s a fresh new year, which means it’s time for new beginnings! That’s why we’re pleased to announce the addition of two new dermal fillers to our lineup of product offerings: Revanesse VERSA and the Teoxane family of dermal fillers.
Both are hyaluronic acid fillers that have unique properties that make them perfect for treating specific areas of the face and body.
Dermal fillers are considered safe and minimally invasive, and when injected by a skilled hand they can address age-related changes and help to create a fresh, plump, youthful glow!
Here’s a little more about these new additions:
What Does Revanesse VERSA Treat?
Revanesse VERSA is an excellent, highly effective general purpose dermal filler, used to help minimize the look of facial lines and creases (such as nasolabial folds around the nose and mouth); specifically, it’s FDA approved for the cosmetic treatment of facial wrinkles and creases.
VERSA is known for its longevity (it can last up to 12 months), reduced swelling compared to other products, and its safety; VERSA was studied in three clinical trials with 300 subjects of multiple skin types and no serious adverse events were reported.
If you need a little extra oomph, it might be the perfect dermal filler for you.
What Do Teoxane by TEOSYAL® Products Treat?
Teoxane by TEOSYAL® products are a range of unique dermal fillers created through a patented process. They each have different gel densities and unique attributes designed to treat wrinkles, enhance volume and improve skin quality.
Here’s what each number is best for:
- TEOSYAL RHA® 2 is perfect for treating delicate areas like the tear trough, lips, crows feet, glabella (area between and above eyebrows), and forehead.
- TEOSYAL RHA® 3 has the most general effectiveness and is perfect across the midface for treating areas like nasolabial lines, vertical lip lines and other deeper wrinkles.
- TEOSYAL RHA® 4 is ideal for building up foundational areas and facial contours such as the temples, cheeks and jawline.
What Do Hyaluronic Acid Injections Treat?
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occuring substance in the body that binds to water and aids in skin’s volume and elasticity, but it decreases in quantity as we age, leading to wrinkles, sagging, under eye hollows and more.
Hyaluronic acid (known as HA) fillers can be injected into our skin to fill and plump specific areas including the face, hands, neck, and neckline, among other parts of the body. It’s pretty amazing what these products can do! Unlike many other cosmetic products, the results are immediately visible.
Just some simple injections can:
- Reduce wrinkles
- Sculpt cheeks
- Improve lip contour and increase volume
- Lessen the appearance of sagging by replacing lost volume
- Reduce the appearance of acne or injury-related depressions in the skin
- Improve elasticity and hydration of the face, hands, neck, neckline and more
Why Are There So Many Different Dermal Filler Products?
Each different dermal filler has unique properties. These properties make them ideal for treating different areas of the face and body. They include:
- Molecule size, which makes it best suited for different areas on the face. (Think of it like this: you wouldn’t use a basketball to play golf. Larger molecule fillers are better for more foundational parts of the face while smaller molecule fillers are best for more delicate areas.)
- Gel consistency
- Recommended depth of placement
Our expert staff has in-depth knowledge of each filler and can recommend which is best for whatever issue or area you’re looking to treat.
