We are a close-knit team of professionals who are passionate about helping our patients improve their look and confidence and we’re excited to share our knowledge with you.
Clarity is pleased to offer complimentary consultations to new patients. Your credit card information will be collected at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show, we will charge a $50 fee to the card on file.
Kati Midgley, PA-C, Owner
Kati Midgley, PA-C is a 25-year medical professional, globally recognized injector, and national instructor of aesthetics. Kati specializes in holistic, long-term treatment plans that are effective and results-driven. She fosters deep, individualized relationships with her patients and invests in their complete well-being.
Favorite treatment: Sculptra. This biostimulator works wonders to restore the foundation of the face and replenish lost volume naturally over time.
Heather DeMaio, RN, Injector
Heather is a highly skilled, experienced injector with a certification in Advanced Botox and Advanced Fillers from The Esthetic Skin Institute, the first and longest-running hands-on training course in advanced injectable treatments.
Favorite treatment: I love the effects of good chemical peel. I switch between Vitalize and Rejuvenize and my skin is baby soft once the peeling is complete.
Bianca Patel, PA-C, Injector
Bianca Patel is a board-certified physician assistant with over four years of experience in healthcare. She specializes in regenerative medicine, injectables, lasers, and resurfacing treatments. As Clarity’s first Wellness Provider, Bianca offers hormone replacement therapy to help patients achieve hormonal balance and improve overall well-being.

Elissa Crerar, RN
Elissa brings over 30 years of experience treating patients with skilled hands and a kind heart. She performs SylfirmX treatments, chemical peels, laser and light treatments, PRP hair rejuvenation therapy, micro-needling, and skin-tightening therapies.
Favorite treatment: Sylfirm with exosomes. It treats my skin laxity, lines, and sunspots – I get a near-immediate brow lift! And no real downtime!
Pamela Annunziato, MA
Pam joined Clarity with 20 years of experience working as a medical assistant at a busy OB/GYN practice. Pam prepares treatment rooms, assists with procedures, maintains patient records, and reviews patient aftercare. Pam loves to provide a little extra support for our patients.
Favorite treatment: Exilis. My eyes are my “thing” and exilis treatments give me immediate brightness and it’s so soothing, like a hot stone massage.
Aliyah Mills, MA
Aliyah joined Clarity with six years of experience as a dedicated Medical Assistant. She plays a vital role in prepping exam rooms, assisting with procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and reviewing aftercare instructions. Aliyah is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient, ensuring they feel supported and cared for throughout their visit.
Gabrielle Laurello, Patient Care Coordinator
Gabrielle joins Clarity with strong experience as a Client Care Coordinator and loves connecting with people and making sure they feel taken care of. She is passionate about animals, all things beauty, and in her free time, you can find her hanging out with her two dogs or trying out new skincare and makeup finds.
Lexi King, Patient Care Coordinator
If you have called the office in the past few months, you have likely spoken to Lexi, our newest receptionist and patient care coordinator. Lexi brings so much to the table… a kind demeanor, a bright smile, and an expertise in customer service.
In her spare time, Lexi enjoys trying new coffee shops, mini golfing, and is studying to be a real estate agent! We’re thrilled to have her with us!
Gianna Hutchins, Operations Manager
Gianna is our Operations Manager with a strong passion for the medical aesthetics industry. Known for her attention to detail and organizational expertise, she plays a key role in streamlining processes and supporting team success in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Outside of work, Gianna enjoys staying active through fitness and hiking, unwinding to music, and spending time by the beach—bringing balance and energy to both her professional and personal life.

Cynthia DeLott, COO
Cynthia brings over 20 years of industry experience to her role as COO here at Clarity. Her tenure at Allergan Aesthetics has deeply rooted her understanding of the medical aesthetics industry, empowering her to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and client experience.
Cynthia helps to onboard and oversee our newest treatments at Clarity Medical Aesthetics and Clarity Wellness, as well as help lead the team.
Ashley Sebastian, CMO
Ashley brings over 13 years of marketing experience to Clarity. She has held various leadership positions in design, brand, and marketing across several organizations from start-ups to large corporations, and is responsible for bringing the Clarity brand to life across email, web, and social media.
