HOW DOES IT WORK?

A hand-held microneedle device simultaneously perforates the skin while directing Radio Frequency (RF) energy through several layers of skin. RF energy stimulates the production of collagen which tightens the skin.

HOW IT DIFFERS FROM MORPHEUS8/FRACTORA:
The non-insulated microneedles allow the RF energy to heat skin through the entire length of the needle (different than Morpheus8 and Fractora) – this causes the blood to coagulate, which speeds healing and lessens downtime, plus treatment is more comfortable.

TREATMENT INCLUDES EXOSOME APPLICATION:

Exosomes can be used to significantly increase skin collagen and elastin. WHAT TO EXPECT:
A topical anesthetic will be applied 45-60 minutes prior to treatment to minimize discomfort. Self administered forced cool air cools skin as an added numbing benefit. A slight feeling of pressure as microneedles enter the skin along with a warming sensation will occur. Patients may request ProNox “laughing gas” for an additional nominal fee of $50.

DOWNTIME/SIDE EFFECTS:
Skin will be moderately red and feel warm (similar to a sunburn).
Redness, minor swelling, and tiny pinpoint scabbing may appear as soon as 24-48 hours post-treatment. Exosomes application speeds healing time. An at-home treatment regimen will be prescribed for each patient which includes applying moisture and sunscreen daily.

RESULTS:
Visible results can be seen within a few days, but typically after three weeks, the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment. Best results are achieved by receiving 1 SYLFIRMX treatment per decade of age. (ex: 50-year-old may require 5 treatments). Treatments should be performed at 4-6 week intervals.
